Terms and Conditions

1.  Payment is due in advance of publishing unless other arrangements have been made.  If necessary, due to frequent late payment by advertiser or other circumstances, these arrangements may be revoked.
2.  If credit is approved, payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date! If payment is not received on time a 5% interest rate (monthly) will be added.
3.  If a balance is due on an account a new ad will not be included under any circumstances until the account is brought up-to-date.
4.  Publisher reserves the right to change payment terms.  Immediate changes will be made (payment due in advance only) if checks are ever returned for non-payment.
5.  Returned checks will result in an additional $25 service charge.
6.  Prices listed are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
7.  Publisher reserves the right to refuse any ad deemed unacceptable for the publication.
8.  Liability for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of space occupied by the error.  This applies only when the error is made by the publisher, not the advertiser.
9.  Ads cannot be canceled after ad submission deadline.
10.  In the event photos, sketches or payment is not received at the time needed to complete the ad, it will be left out and future advertising may be refused.
11.  Advertisers will hold harmless Cherokee Rose Press, Inc., its employees and contractors, against any claims arising from the publication of any advertisement.


Front Cover Photo

The front cover may be purchased for the additional fee of $250 per issue on a first come, first serve basis.


Photography Rates

Advertiser is encouraged to provide their own photos.  However, Cherokee Rose Press, Inc. will take photographs, if necessary, for $10.00 each if location is within the counties we serve ONLY.  For a clear print in the magazine, it is recommended that photos submitted be in color and taken by a mid-high resolution digital camera.


Services Provided

1.  Ads may be submitted by FAX to 770-725-6622 or email to crpmagazine@aol.com, or, if preferred, a representative of Cherokee Rose Press, Inc. will pick-up hand written or typed ads on date listed in Publishing Schedule. 
2.  Publisher will typeset/layout ads clearly and creatively.  Although camera ready ads (PDF format) are welcomed, no discount will be afforded. 
3.  Completed ads will be sent by fax and/or email to advertiser within three days for proofing along with the invoice.  Changes should be marked and each page initialed by advertiser or their representative and sent by fax or email back to publisher within the day of receipt.
4.  All additional needed photos, information and payment are due at this time.  The advertiser should mail payment to the address listed above upon receipt of the invoice.

Circulation

This magazine will be distributed within five working days throughout Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Gwinnett, Jackson, Hall, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Rockdale & Walton Counties saturating gas stations, convenience stores, hotels, restaurants, banks, etc.  The 1,000+ distribution points will be checked and restocked during the two month issue period.  Evaluation will be given to these locations regularly and changes made as needed to enhance customer pickup of the magazine.  The list of distribution locations will be made available to all advertisers upon request.
